How much is shipping, and how long will it take to arrive?
We offer free Australia-wide shipping, with metro orders typically arriving within 3–5 business days once dispatched (metro areas). All deliveries are sent via courier to a physical address. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Whats your refund policy?
We stand by the quality of our products. If your BikeDesk arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us with details and photos and we’ll arrange a replacement. Please note we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
