Returns & Refunds

Our goal is simple: we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re unhappy, contact us and we’ll do our very best to help.

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, please provide details and photos. Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement in line with your 2-year warranty.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

  • All returned items must be in “like new” condition and repackaged as originally received.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please do not send items back to the manufacturer — use the return address provided by our team.

All returned items are inspected prior to refund approval. Once received and assessed, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.
